phljoy Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phljoy website, creating an account, or using any service offered on the phljoy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phljoy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phljoy. They apply to all users, regardless of how you access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other device or method. Using phljoy after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on phljoy, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and admits no exceptions.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each betting transaction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of phljoy, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register, whether through phljoy or any other gaming regulatory body.
• You have not previously had a phljoy account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

phljoy reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and temporary witholding of funds pending the outcome of verification.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one (1) account on phljoy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number. phljoy may request supporting documents to verify this information at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be updated through your account settings or by contacting phljoy support. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phljoy are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phljoy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your phljoy wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method, but most e-wallet deposits reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. phljoy may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100(unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: as stated in your account dashboard.
• Funds held in your phljoy wallet do not earn interest.

phljoy does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. phljoy is not responsible for third-party fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phljoy offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your phljoy wallet until bonus conditions are satisfied.

phljoy takes a strong position against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using a bonus in a pattern designed to exploit a mathematical edge rather than for genuine recreational play.
• Coluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Placing opposing bets to artificially reduce bonus risk without genuine play intent.

phljoy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus-derived winnings where abuse is identified.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phljoy — including live dealer Baccarat, Bingo, sports betting, card games, jackpot slots, virtual sports, and betting odds — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or game category page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity interruption during a game, phljoy will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a platform error, the bet amount will be returned to your phljoy wallet. phljoy's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

Sports betting markets on phljoy are subject to the rules of the relevant sport's governing body. Results are settled according to official match outcomes. Void bets are returned at stake. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a data feed delay will be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phljoy. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant Philippine gaming and law enforcement authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the phljoy platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the phljoy platform. Any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person.
• Using phljoy for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or accepting bets on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the phljoy platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phljoy staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phljoy account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any one-time pascodes or authentication codes associated with your account.

phljoy will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your full password. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent — do not comply and report it to our support team immediately.

Any activity conducted through your phljoy account is your responsibility until you notify us of a security compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phljoy support immediately to have the account temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.

phljoy recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We also recommend using a unique, strong password and not reusing it across other websites or applications.

9. Responsible Gaming

phljoy is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible play. Gambling is entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. Players should only wager amounts they are genuinely comfortable losing.

phljoy provides the following responsible gaming tools, available in your account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings.
• Session time reminders — Receive alerts when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on phljoy — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of phljoy or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phljoy content without prior written consent.

The phljoy name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in social media profiles, marketing materials, or any other medium — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phljoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

phljoy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In cases of disputed bet settlements, you must raise a formal dispute with phljoy support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. phljoy's support team will review all disputes fairly and respond within five (5) business days.

12. Privacy and Data

phljoy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on phljoy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phljoy may share data with third parties strictly as required for the operation of the platform — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming regulators. phljoy does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms
